I believe this is a skit. I worked in a courthouse for over 12 years. There's always a picture of the judges serving in the courthouse in full view. Officers know what the judges look like. Additionally, if this were real, there wouldn't be any going back and forth like what was shown in the video, and the judge would have been in his robe upon entering the courtroom. The judges' robes are kept in a closet in their office, not in the courtroom.
