Remembering Iryna Zarutska, a 23-year-old Ukrainian refugee who was stabbed and killed on the Lynx Blue Line in Charlotte, North Carolina, on August 22, 2025. The suspect, Decarlos Brown Jr., was arrested at the scene. Both should be equally remembered. Both are sad & disturbing incidents. We all have to stand up against any form of racism & stand together.
