This morning in Wilmington, federal agents with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), part of ICE, detained longtime community member José Antonio Campollo Cáceres.Family and neighbors say José has lived in the U.S. for more than 30 years, raising a family and volunteering his time to clean streets and improve the community. His son pleaded with agents on video, asking to see a warrant, and questioning why his father was being taken when “he’s not a criminal.”
