that's probably a 2.0L or 1.8L Ecotec engine theyre all aluminum and plastic not that heavy compared to a V6 or V8. I have 4 cars running this engine platform two Cobalt SS two Pontiacs and an ATS..Very light and reliable easy to work on except the water pump I have pulled the engine out to replace those two people can lift it they're only about 300lbs butcI use an engine hoist so I don't have to step all on the car like that..A heavy engine would be in my Escalade.
