Anybody but me notice that all these paths or Driveways being paved are level?🤔 No inclines huh? Watched a guy do his driveway (Steep), and he got a third done and decided to take a smoke break and check his work so far. All the bricks had a tilt going downhill to them. He said "the hell with it" and kept going! 🤣

Back in the late '90s when UN Chairman Kofi Anan was visiting Michigan and noticed we had many sturdy buildings standing strong/ embarrassing scars. Anan wanted to remind me of New York's renovating older buildings three and four floors at a time and selling them as apartments-- that would be four floors as one apartment. We use conventional roofs w/peaks and gables - but for design and economy may we draw interest processing some of the remaining standing buildings in the Detroit area for habitation. It was already happening in places like Las Vegas, New York, California etc.,. We could practice in our backyard, in the garage, some people even in the basement using similar technique. later you could choose to remove poured stone or concrete and still use manufactured materials. Anan referred to design in Dubai and in South Africa. we are starting to generate this sense of use of an uncommon product is successful as reasonable housing remains a challenge for many countries.
