75 here, and I went ziplinning with my grandkids this past summer. I had a blast and got to have fun with my grandkids. Glad that grandpa did it too

Our teacher put up a zipline in the school parking lot (dirt) in Florence, SC in 1965. From then on, every kid in the (very small) school spent every recess awaiting their turn to climb up the 6 foot ladder and zoom down the zipline. No way on God's green earth could that happen today, but it made for some terrific memories.

Makes me think of my Mother, at 95 years old.!We took her for a Nostalgic Trip to visit an old Carousel, at Forest Park, in Brooklyn. That we used to love and go on as young children. We guided he to a bench on it, near two horses that we were going to go on...When she said, " No, I Want A Horse That Goes Up And Down" ! The operator heard her, and said, " If We Can Get Her On One, She Will". ! So my brother and I did, and strapped her on, sitting on horses, within arms reach, on either side of her...The ride started, the joy, excitement, and childish delight on her face was priceless 🥰 ! We went for a second ride while I took pictures of her... I got one, full of glee, and pure enchantment. It's like a Hallmark, "Young At Heart" Card. We have it In a Frame, that says, "Live A Little, Live A Lot"! She made it to almost 104.! 😲🤔🥰🙏💕🌸

This is terrific. I’m just glad something stupid didn’t happen to where he got hurt like the road breaking or anything unplanned I’m 75 and I would probably do that against perhaps my better judgment.🤔😎🙏
