That young woman, the way she's dressed and especially the strong and at ease way she carries herself, had every bit of attention in the room. She has a strong presence.
I totally missed the heels. I guess I know too many women who know how to walk in them. I was too annoyed at that faculty woman who decided to dress like she was going grocery shopping rather than dressing well for the commencement.
I cannot believe that the worst dressed person in the entire room is actually on stage! Blue top, awful red - purple pants and gray sneakers. She's most likely a staff member, but she should not have been allowed on stage dressed like that. Unbelievable!
I wore high heels to my graduation and one heel slipped down the temporary platform and the high school Dean had to pull my foot out by my ankle. My peers gave me a standing ovation 😆.
