poor kitty, I dont really care for cats, but it still hurts seeing little ones in pain. sorry other people dont know how to read the caption. at least it's not in pain anymore, that was a death sentence. being eaten from the inside must have been painful. glad you did what you could. this actually happens alot unfortunately. once the maggots are in the vagina or anus the maggots are eating the cat's insides. the animal is most often humanly euthenized

Poor thing probably had sepsis and at that point all the maggots was just helping that death sentence. Maybe this kitten has a rectal prolapse and maggots began eating the dying tissue? I don't like how the person is filming and wasn't immediately rushing this kitten to the vet but I doubt there was nothing you could do but euthanize at that point. This is why Outdoor cats shouldn't exist.
peroxide is the worse thing to put on any open wound! it eats the new tissue . never never use it on any open wound.
