No greater love ever existed than his wife's love for him.
I’m appalled at some of the comments. This is a couple that believes in love for life. She is doing what any wife would do for their husband if they truly love them. Some say he’s stopped taking his medication. I believe it’s bc it doesn’t allow your brain to be clear and makes you very sleepy. He doesn’t want to be bed bound at this point when he doesn’t have to. I commend his strength and perseverance. His wife is very supportive and they have done so much for Parkinson’s research. I was in love with him as a teenager!! Respect him immensely! Keep strong Michael. 🥰

I’ve been a paraplegic over 4 decades….. not an easy life but as you I’ve just done m best and have had a blessed life. As you I pray I’ll just go in my sleep when it’s time! Until then sweet cheeks just keep being you…. You are greatly loved !
My father recently passed away. Parkinson’s is a cruel disease. The brain still functions, but the connection to making the body work slowly disconnects. It can be a very depressing thing for both the person with Parkinson’s and the spouse who is the sole caregiver. They slowly lose their life just like the person with the disease. So very heartbreaking.

My dad had Parkinson's, it's a horrible, debilitating disease. Watching someone live with it and not being able to help them overcome it, is excruciating.

It is sad to see his decline, but proud of him for so publicly sharing the progression so those untouched by Parkinsons (and similar debilitating diseaes) can have have a better understanding and maybe show more compassion. And as he declines, the love between his wife and him grows.
I so admire him, his strength, his dedication to raising awareness and donations for research, and the fact he doesn't hide from the public. 💕

For those who have not witnessed Parkinson’s firsthand, it is a very horrible horrible thing. My grandpa had it and my mom had it and I cleaned both of them for those That has not had to go through anything like that. You will never truly understand that pain that heartache of watching them struggle, and being in pain and having to go through it.😭

He is a true warrior!!! Thank YOU Michael J. Fox for all of YOUR Efforts in finding a cure for Parkinson's!!! His website is extremely informational!!! My father passed two Thanksgivings ago, from this awful disease. He had it prior to 2001, and passed in Nov 2024.

if you watch Jeopardy the game show recently there's a man who has Parkinson's and also in a wheelchair..... he is a great example of how your mind is sharp no matter what your physical body does to limit your control I believe he won the game show amazing as ever answering almost every question Michael j fox is always going to be a legend "Back to the Future" and the likeness of him in my favorite cartoon "Rick and Morty" if you haven't seen it watch it watch "lawnmower dog" that's one of the best episodes !!!!! everyone loves Michael j fox he is a legend and I'm sure he's as sharp as nails just like the guy that's on Jeopardy I believe they they met recently too so he'll know who I'm talking about!!!!
