I had that happen. I was in first class and the airline person ask me to close my window because it bothered the man across the aisle. I said did he pay for my seat?
The window is in her aisle therefore, it is her prerogative to have it open or closed. Whoever is behind her is a childish crazy nut jerk. Maybe if he asked her kindly maybe she would oblige him. but, he's such an immature crazy jerk to even try it.

Same thing happened to me. Another time a guy with very long legs kept banging the back of my seat. I didn't say anything but by the time we got to our destination my back hurt so badly. I have had spinal surgery and remain with nerve damage. I don't fly unless I have to. I'm not flying until Jesus calls me home and I pray it's a direct flight to heaven. 🙏🥰 I better keep praying!

I had that experience awhile back....I wanted MY window open a bit and the person behind wanted to sleep...not my problem, put on a mask, shut your eyes, put a bag over your head....don't care...but keep your crappy fingers off my window. ALMOST had an incident but loony tune behind me caved. Good thing.
