That's how my wife liked her steak. We always had a salad with it. I told her to keep it on her side of the table. I didn't want it eating my salad before I could. 😆
that would be Wagu. very pricey beef with beautiful marbling if fat thruout the meat. it is intended to be eaten very rare to enjoy the captivating flavor of the beef thus why it is so tender at this rare state. lightly cooked lightly seasoned. maybe a splash of salt and pepper only.
