I just watched a car where the guy filed a restraining order, called 911 and recorded the guy was threatening him and he shot the guy. The shooter is in prison serving 25 to life. Even if you report it you have to attempt to remove yourself from reasonable danger. You can’t stand by him and call, walk away. If he peruses and insists, then you got a case
