I’m retired, all I want to do is drink wine and pet my two Labradors. The 3 of us are together constantly.
we had a Shetland Sheepdog, in the 80 and 90s that played hid3 and seek all the time! the kids would throw her ball, while she was fetching it, theyd hide..then she'd bring back the ball. she'd look for them, until she found them in their hiding place!! 🥰🙏🥰🙏🥰🙏🥰🙏🥰🙏🥰🙏

I played hide 'n seek with my dog "Stubby". I would hide in the same place every time. Stubby would search the whole house every time before he found me.
There’s nothing cruel about that. I used to do that with my puppies when I got them I would take them into the woods and let them run ahead of me a little bit and then I would hide in a few minutes they would realize that I was gone and they would start looking for me that teaches a puppy to pay attention to you to be aware of where you are and to stay close to you.

Love a good hiding prank on the dog! I did that with my dog all the time. They love it! Also helps keep them active, and helps develops the bond with dog and human!
My King Charles knows within seconds when I walk in the downstairs when she’s upstairs. Either I stink to high heaven, or she’s got the best nose of any dog I ever 😆had, and I’ve had a dog or two for every year of my 82 year life. Sadly she sucks as a watchdog.
