I recall a similar video of people posing on some nice ass boats that were half sunk hung up on a sandbar or something after a big hurricane went through.
Some boats built now. Will not completly sink. They have styrofoam or air poctets. This shows how much they will sink. Easier to recover. Whoever owns this boat is responcible for removing. From navigational safety. I had recovery business 15 years ago.
