I had that happen to me once when I was about 15. I'm not going to lie, I picked up a huge rock. The idiot came back and attempted to do it again. I let that rock fly. It hit smack in the middle of his windshield. this was in 1978. They stopped, and then a truck stopped, then they took off. I was walking home from track practice.
