I've been in retail my whole life and even if you see him pocket it or conceal it it's not stealing until or unless they pass the point of sale and leave the store.. I can't stand shoplifting and yes its driving the cost up for the rest of us but you can't do that. You can't guarantee that your actions won't hurt innocent shoppers or children.
