My Hypothesis: Dude is an MMA fighter, went to Thailand to train and compete. The first week's workouts left him in rough shape, and his trainer used cupping to aid in his recovery. THEN he was in resl competition, and got the shit beaten out of him, wentvto the hospital, and got put back together. Don't y'all watch movies? Except in the movies, a friend would have arrived seeking revenge, and he would still be in a coma.
