jack it up put on jack stands super important part. then sitting on the ground use your feet and kick the shit out of the bottom then repeat on top of tire then on bottom then on top works everytime no sledge needed

I had it happen before if you put all the lugs back on and barely loose them back up drive the truck with loose lug nuts like I said barely loose not a whole lot and drive around the parking lot and it will come loose with the weight of the truck

use a sledge hammer, place a piece of wood in between the hammer and the tire so you don't bend the metal
