Every house has multiple TVs, just swap it out for now and hopefully he never does it again. It's not worth beating the child over. We were all kids once I remember I chucked a Hot Wheels car at our TV and broke it and my dad wanted to whoop me so bad but he ended up cooling off and letting it go thank God LOL
