There are many things that define a woman. Their skin is different from that of a man, bone structure, bone density, and differences in their brain, muscle mass. Women carry more body fat, and calorie requirements are higher in men. Men are generally larger, and their heart structure and rhythm are different from that of a woman. Notice I haven't needed to point out reproduction differences or chromosomes.
