Immediately with the racist bs ,mixed income starting rent 1,373 you have to make 3xs that to be considered with a clean background there is also a museum there.The apartments are actually really nice and are at full occupancy.They have a preschool,dental office,fitness center, and pool.So obviously they did good and are also building condos on the other half of the property.
