do you see that paved trail along HWY 101 between Arcata & Eureka it even has a line to split for north & south bound sides, all that asphalt plus bridges, one of which I was told cost 1 million dollars, and at least 5 more at a lesser cost but still, and they can't fix the highways and streets. It's the democratic way to cater to the minority and screw the majority. I would like to know the total cost of that trail. Now they want to make a trail from Eureka to San Francisco, at what cost.
