Both of my boys are on scholarship she should be charged for lying in the court of law and she should be paying child support and back pay for what ever he paid her
Most of the time when men pay child support the women spend money on themselves I’d rather he buy the clothes and other things needed
He is taking care of the children. He has the children more than what the custody was agreed too. Boys probably should be with their Dad more . But, she should pay him for food and utilities . Clothing and anything else they need .

This happening with my son he’s paying child support and they live with him but mom is collecting child support. He pays for everything including purchasing whatever they need, or want. So sad He works 13 hour days while paying child support while mom and new husband pay nothing for them. So sad.

Being raised by a single mom that never made 20 K in her whole life while my dad never pay any child support because he was ran off I know what it means to do without extras but you mothers a.k.a. single parents stop screaming and just do the best you can that’s what my mother didwithout any complaints.
I get so sick of these people who bitch about child support, I never received anything from my son's father and I didn't have to deal with visiting rights. My son got to know his father before he died He even said that he was proud of the Man I raised on my own.

The child support process should be fair on both sides, period, based on the person's yearly income. Whomever, has the kids should receive child support, but reasonable based on the absent parents income.
