damn my fries are taking forever
as a Fry cook We used to make our own French fries. We had a big machine that the size were kind of like a real real course, sandpaper with Dumpty potatoes in put the top on.it spun around to, peel the potatoes. I would say it was probably at least 510 pounds at a time.This took less than a minute or so

I use vegetable peeler instead of a paring knife,its faster and you don't waste the product.👍

as a kid i worked in a hit dog and fries place… potato peeler was like a wash machine tub lined with grit like sandpaper put potatoes in and spin the peels came off like soap suds
