My son travels to Europe a couple times a year for business and within days he says he can feel his body detoxing! The food is so fresh and have half the ingredients. We have begun to eat imported pastas and oils. We decided to grow a lot of our own veggies (fresh, organic lettuce is delicious!)and are now gluten free. The difference in the way we feel is amazing!
I've been eating these kinds of foods my whole life, and I have had no issues. I'm 45 years old and I weight 154 pounds.

There is no food in grocery stores. My grandma and grandpa lived to 98&99 respectfully. They bought next to nothing from grocery stores. All their meats were hunted and all their fruits and vegetables were grown.
