I like the post, it let's me know that there is a young woman somewhere going above and beyond, and setting standards for co-workers to be quality in what you do.
I know exactly what you mean. Caring for elders has been the most gratifying experience Iβve had. On one occasion, while caring for an elderly gentleman, who was formerly a physician, now with advanced dementia and unable to speak he looked at me with concern in his eyes as I held my head in my hands after experiencing a challenging day and asked, as clear a a bell, βAre you okay?β It was truly a spiritual moment, I could feel his love and concern when I no longer thought he was capable of being present. I am forever thankful to God for that experience. It wasnβt long after that he passed. ππ»

If not, it's a violation of HIPPA..and this patient's right to PRIVACY Patient's rights in life & in death matter! Why are you taping this patient to begin with?? Why is your phone being utilized during work hours? CNA? LPN? RN Whatever you are..YOU can be sanctioned, charged with serious violations fired, never to be allowed to work in health care again, & the family can SUE you rightly so. for posting anything about this sweet man. Post WHY to prove how great you are?? LIKES WHAT EXACTLY??
