I'm sorry but no child should be left alone outside even in there own yard especially at his young age! And no one comes out until they hear tires screeching to a halt. I'm sure that driver feels awful about what happened, I mean anybody would feel bad if they hit a child! I personally think the driver wasn't at fault. I think the parents or guardian of him that day should be held accountable. Because of the families neglect of a child, an innocent person has to live with killing that boy everyday for the rest of their life! I'm so sorry for your loss, he was adorable and I pray he RIP! God bless!🙏❤️

The driver, like the other drivers were driving too fast in a residential area. You don't have to drive 50 miles per hour when the sign reads 25 miles per hour.

The mother should be held accountable for his death as well as the negligence of the driver you can see he was speeding but the mother should be charged with murder of her son for leaving him outside unattended especially living by a busy road

my son did this same thing. luckily he reacted quickly and jumped at the same time as the car hitting him clipping his legs smashing his face into the hood and chipping a tooth could have been so much worse and it was cought on the neighbors video

I say the parents need to be arrested for leaving a six-year-old unattended outside. It’s their fault that they weren’t watching him and he ran out into the road and got hit.

this is so sad from what I found it happened March 12th driver stayed on scene charged for driving on a revoked license however was later dropped by the DA however it's still under investigation 😢 so sad
