the majority don't "break in" they're invited in and refuse to leave. they over stay their visa. some of them even have immigration visas but process to become a citizen takes so long that it expires before they get citizenship. these people did nothing wrong, in fact they did everything right. but now they're technically illegal. should they be deported because ICE is too ineffective to process their paperwork in less than a decade?
