This is an idiotic question. In this instance the gender doesn't matter because of the illegality of the physical act. Feminism is about political, economic, and social equality of the sexes. Assault is assault and is against the law. The trans person who assaulted the other should be at fault, period, and face legal consequences. No excuse to beat another.
