I believe in the right to bear arms in America but automatic guns/rifles should not be as readily available, much less guns like this. It gets more and more dangerous as time passes.

I think this is pretty doubtful. Ice melts fairly quickly, especially a pin sized piece of ice. This might have been said but it is not at all plausible.
