Don't ever move your head away in a fight just to protect your face from getting hit. I get that it's just a natural response but some of y'all gotta learn to change that. That'll get you killed one day. I'd probably recommend working out and getting stronger for awhile and try boxing. It will definitely help you in any school fight. There's also these devices that are bands that go over your head. On those bands there's a string and a ball attached to that. Get the hard ball and punch that shit. As a 13 year old girl, I've started using one and it really hurts your fists after awhile. Had mine bruised up and sore for two days after training for two hours. Hurts but it's DEFINITELY worth it :)
