This has been done through out history. It's not just against black people. The United States Government has used the weather to steal land from people through national disasters. Look at the flooding that took place in North Carolina just when the citizens were standing up against the largest lithium mine site even being allowed to rake the leaves on its property and now their completing the permits and ready to go 100 percent with opening this crap mine. The lithium mine will destroy the eco system for 50 mile radius around that mine and the soil will never be used for anything again. Then when people that live close to it start getting sick and the adverse health problems from it the government will do nothing and claim unforseen circumstances.

I am from alabama, and this is very true.They did flood this town with water.So the rich white people could take over.
Alabama power bought the land and yes some folks was forced to sell but it was both whites and blacks that had to relocate. Same thing happened in the 90's when Mercedes moved right down the road from me in Vance Alabama. I'm originally from Dearborn Michigan and they did the exact same thing up there in Bellville Michigan with Bellville lake.
