Any one should keep a flashlight in the trunk because I will think it will be dark inside and tech them how to used it to

Ever noticed that if you're inside a dark trunk that the little glow in the dark thing you're supposed to pull is almost shaped like a skull?

I taught these things when my kids were growing up. We unfortunately didn't have buttons in the cars when my kids were growing up but I taught how to be careful of strangers. That's what parents are supposed to do

I don't know what I think about this. I don't know how a child could accidentally get locked into a trunk. if the dad is trying to protect the kids in case they are kidnapped, that's a bit creepy. most kids are kidnapped by someone they know. they aren't usually put in the trunk of a car. I guess it can happen. it did happen last year I believe. but again, it was the children's dad that did it.

a smart move. teach your children how to protect themselves. not to trust anyone that they don't know or they've been given permission to trust. no matter their age, color, or sexual orientation.tell them exactly who stranger danger is. not some cartoon character. children understand. 👍🤔

Not all cars have buttons ti open the trunk door. teach them other alternatives like to fight back if need be. Kick the tail lights out and scream
