A State is not allowed to file bankruptcy. Plus farmers in Nebraska use machinery on Farms not illegal immigrants. There needs to be a green card program for migrants to work inside the US. Any farm , construction workers and many other jobs that fill a role because Americans don't want to work hard. If these people don't have a record and they pay taxes let them stay and work. They must be vetted and learn to speak English. These people want a better life for them and their family and let's be honest young America's are lazy and don't want to work.
