Why don’t u contact the post office and see who’s coordinating the routes, and see who was routed in your area. Backtrack, use the detective in ya if you really want justice 👍🏼

just an add-on. My little sister is a male carrier in elk Grove, Wisconsin and she carries doggy cookies for The little characters on her mail route and she even has The local elks following her around asking for cookies. The kids get a big kick out of it so do the local town people. they all love her. I do too💕

The Post Office knows who delivers the mail on every route. Why do you need to ask the public? You file a police report and take it to the Post Office and if they do nothing then the Postal Inspectors.
