He was hooked up to life support machinery. She pulled out all his medical apparatus. When the alarms started to go off, she was apprehended and sentenced to sixteen years in prison. He survived! When she got out of prison she went to live with her mom. The moment he knew she was out of prison, he left the area and never went back. He was scared of her and couldn’t be in the same area as her! Talk about switching places!! She did well for herself. She worked, met a good man and had a baby boy. I admired how good she was as a mother and wife. Yet, what I admired most was that she was a clean and organized lady!! She taught me a lot about folding laundry and decorating. I will never forget her!! She was a good friend!!
I had a friend that died ok sickle cell anemia! She went to prison for 7 years and this is why. At 14 yrs old she was with a man, much older than her, who would beat her. If she left the house to play or ride a bike he would beat her senseless. One day she was beaten so badly that when he fell asleep she got a knife and stabbed him. She hid in her mama’s house in the cabinet under the sink. When the cops came looking for her, though they looked in all the closets and under furniture, they couldn’t find her! They never thought about looking in the cabinets cause they thought no one could fit there. What they didn’t know was that she was tiny. She was 4’9” tall and weighed 75lbs. She was tiny! While the cops were there, she heard them say that the man was alive and in intensive care. Knowing that he was still alive scared her because she thought that if he lived he would kill her!! That evening, she sneaked into the hospital and the intensive care unit.
