Listen, I lost my husband of 30 years, and the next year, I lost my 34 year old Son. It's now been 3 years, and I have been on my knees since. The pain is so deep, relentless, and unforgiving. Waddup my peeps ..Waking up feeling good is something that I miss very much..Today, I’m able to grab that feeling once again. 10 months clean now, slowly creeping on a year. Coming from me this has to be one of my biggest accomplishments. it feels good getting out the dark to the light and the only way I can do that is one day at a time .Live for today and don’t worry about tomorrow. Whether it’s hardcore drugs or Alcohol, you may think not, but counselors will tell you; a drug; is a drug; it’s a drug; it doesn’t even have to be drugs! Do you know that I’ve learned what addiction really is? Addiction is anything that can destroy the human body, you know it, but you do it anyway! I’ve learned that there are good & bad addictions; ones that’s consumed to hurt & we know it will hurt our bodies, yet we do it anyway! I get so angry when the comparisons & the beat downs began! If you’re an addict, instead of putting someone down, calling names, or even trying to help a person, don’t under any circumstance pile on! We see Miley @ her most vulnerable in tears; if you can’t say something to help, please, say nothing @ all!
