Yes domestic abuse is real! The system is all messed up to. You got many women not reporting out of fear. Then you got many women charging a guy with domestic, just because he forgot the extra pickle on her burger. Some women want out of a marriage so she screams domestic. All this mess takes time ,resources and interference with real cases hurting real victims 🤔 Just an opinion of one.
I used to volunteer at a place called DACC in PGH, ( Domestic Abuse Counseling Center) and the females were WORSE than the males. They though bc they were female, smaller in stature & weight it gave them a RIGHT to hit, smack and abuse men. I had a guy come in w all these teeny tiny bruises all over his body, head to e, I'm like what happened? He said his girl was BEATING HIM w her high heeled shoes. Oh Hell no! I made her do 8 wks in DV counseling, after jail time, and a fine n she was PISSED AT ME. She thought bc I was a female I was going to be on her "side", no we don't abuse ANYONE! Men, DO NOT allow this, it gets worse not better. Be kind 💕🙏

I’m a woman with 5(five)sons whom which are growing and will soon one day become very Productive Kings in this reality of which we share, and just like I tell my young daughters abuse is very real. It’s not only physical, but mental as well. And a male can have a very physical and mentally abusive female. But the I feel that the rules are the same. If you see something, say something. If you suspect it, male or female reach out to that friend or family member because you never know, you might just be saving a life. please tell me she's being charged with menacing threats, domestic violence, false imprisonment, and a few other felonies. I am not for trying people up if they don't deserve it. She deserves it. So glad that you made it out safely. So many people don't and that's men, too. I've been in 2 different kind of abusive relationships. One was physical, and that was the first one, and the 2nd was a scary and controlling psychologically abusive one. He never laid hands because this was after the physical abuse, so when he'd blow up at me it was more than enough. He'd follow me everywhere, demand to see my phone, I had to give him my paychecks from work.. even after I left I felt like he was following me and watching me for YEARS. I hope that you're safe and that you are either happy and content living focusing on yourself or with someone who loves and respects you and (this should be a given) never threatens you at gunpoint.
