Found a lady’s wallet laying on the shelf at Food Lion and when I was asking the front desk if anyone lost a wallet a little old lady came up and was almost in tears. She had just got her SS check cashed and lost her wallet. That made my day to see how happy that lady was. She hugged me and told me that was all the money she had and would have been in bad shape for a month if I hadn’t found it. A month later same grocery store I find a man’s wallet in the entrance laying on the ground and I found that guy also.
I was digging through a flower garden at work when I found a money clip. in the center of a money clip was a $20 gold eagle. I knocked on the nearest door and asked the old gentleman if anybody had lost a money clip, the guy was 90 years old,, his grandpa gave him that $20 gold eagle when he was 5 years old and asked him to never sell it. well that old man started balling he was so happy. one of my coworkers said I could have just put it in my pocket and been $1,500 the Richer. I said maybe you could have done that but not me.
I found one on a hiking trail. and I live in the middle of nowhere. Didn't live close to a police station, and I don't drive. I put it in an envelope and sent it to them thru the mail.couple weeks later I get something back from them.(They lived a couple states away. They sent me a 200$ gift card to Dicks, for some new hiking boots. In the letter they told me the story. the man who had lost it was upset not for the money or credit cards it was his Dad's wallet, that he got when his father passed. Happy I was able to return it!
I went to Nordstrom's to the bathroom to breastfeeding my daughter I found a diamond solitaire ring on the sink I thought she'd come back I didn't want to turn it in I thought someone might take the beautiful ring about 10 minutes later two women rushed in and she said oh no Mom it's gone my ring is gone I said no it's not I have your ring it was a really wonderful feeling🌸💕💕
we found a lady's little dog one time it was during a ice storm... my husband and I we went to all kinds of houses looking for the owner couldn't find it so we ended up bringing the little dog into our house. the next day we put out enough information through other neighbors that the owner was found when the woman came to our door and asked if we had her dog we told her yes she acted like we stole her dog very ungrateful but instead of getting all upset about it I know we say that little dog's life that night and I'm glad we did the right thing. sometimes you don't have to look for a reward you get the reward just knowing you did the right thing
Years ago when there was still some undeveloped beach left, my girlfriend needed to wee wee. She went into the bushes and came back out with a purse. Apparently some body else had the same Idea. Looks like it had been there a couple weeks.Back at work Monday, I shipped it back to the address on the Montana Dr license with a note that said “ Great place to wee wee!” I would have loved to see her face! Yes there was lotsa money and c/cards.No, didn’t steal anything. That was back when people tried to help people and had respect for people.
I would have took the money I’m sorry 😅
20 years ago I found a bag that looked like canvas about 50 feet passed a real bad Pothole in the road on an Interstate highway. stopped and grabbed it threw it in the back of my pickup truck. when I got to where I was going I took it in my garage and on the side of the bag said ," Federal Reserve. opening it up was full of 20s 50s and 100s. been retired now for 20 years..
Driving up to my place I saw a wallet in the street and money was in the street too,I looked over at my neighbor who was outside with her kids and they didn't see it so I got out of my truck picked up the wallet and the money. it was $500. I returned wallet to the address on the i.d but kept the money Their was some money in the wallet, but I didn't take it. Was i wrong for keeping the $500(keep in mind,it wasn't in the wallet,it was on the street)?.
is the worthless society begging for money again but doesn't know how to do any work. they want to work in a gas station their whole entire life.
this is a stupid video
I would never keep “ found money “ without trying my best to find the rightful owner. Heck. If I accidentally get undercharged at the mini mart I make them aware and they look at me like it’s crazy I would be honest about it. 😆
Look at all of this virtue signaling. lol
I walked past these Mexican guys house they all had a business together and they left there wallet outside and it had 1200 dollars in it and I was 13 and he didn’t not give me a rewards at all he actually questioned why I had his wallet
One time I was in a gas station, and there was a drunk man in front of me paying for his beer or whatever it was he was buying, I don’t remember. But he went to put it in his back pocket, but missed and dropped it without realizing. He grabbed his stuff and walked out. I grabbed his wallet and ran to him saying “sir, sir, you dropped your wallet. I didn’t expect anything in return and didn’t get anything in return. It was the right thing to do, and although man doesn’t, God always rewards those who do the right thing. I believe he rewarded me in some way I’m unaware of, but he will make me aware once I reach paradise. Peace and strength to all. God bless
I had a million dollar bill in there, im not saying you took it, but imma need that back 😂
I found 50, 000 and I kept it and I bought a house and I love it
you're not supposed to stand on that top step. fired!! 😂
do the right thing even when no one is looking
A lady left her diamond ring in the bathroom. I saw her jump in her car and started to leave, I immediately ran to my car and followed her. As I was following her, I think she caught on and started driving faster! lol finally caught up to her about 5 miles down the road. Honking at her for her to look over. She did and seen I was holding her ring up. She looked at her hand and pointed at the finger that was missing her ring. She jumped out the car and grabbed it from me and asked me to follow her to the gas station on the corner. She withdrew $300 from the ATM. She was super grateful. 🥲 later that week at the same store, I heard an elderly woman asking about a lost ring 💍. I immediately knew, I messed up bad! 😲 from that point on, I will always give anything lost and found to the store or cashier.
Hey your not supposed to step on that step 🙏
Do we know they found it ????? What I’m seeing is. Yo I’m broke need that raise
what is even going on?
When my son was 9 years old now 32. He found a black wallet in the middle of the shopping parking lot and I called and returned it to the woman whose husband is the one that lost it and is a Dr. She didn't even thank us & only gave my son $20 when there was $1000 in cash and 6 different cc. My son yelled at her and said she was cheap and ungrateful.
I lost my wallet. I found it in the couch cushions. Does that still count? 👍
I used to work in a dry cleaners, and men would leave all kinds of things in their suit jackets. I would always put it in an envelope and place it on their cleaning bag. Once a man left $7,000.00 in his pocket. When he picked up his clothes , he asked what he left this time. He opened the envelope and stated "I thought I had lost the money. It was to pay off my mom's mortgage. " He tried to give me a reward but I would not take it.
not his problem get a job lady.
Y’all talking bout honesty and shit but all I see are three employees making a not so subtle hint to their boss no doubt regarding a pay raise
we need to think what we would like to happen if we lost the money! we would all want someone to give it back !
My mother and I were on the metro in Paris. She left her wallet on the seat, and we figured that was that. A couple weeks later, my mom got a package from a stranger in Paris. This person found the wallet and kindly packaged it up and sent it to my mom. Never in a million did we expect that!
but women don't carry that type of wallet
Not cash related but I’d lost my keys on a 3 mile walking trail and when I realized they were gone I backtracked the trail and didn’t find them. I was in full panic mode when I got back to my car and someone had used fishing string and tied them to my side mirror. I was so grateful to whoever did that for me 🥰
ok. excuse me, what is she saying?
I was a cab driver in the 80s and returned a stuffed wallet (found on the road not in my cab) and got the door slammed in my face. not even a thank you. I've never found another but I'm not going to return it next time.🤔
Does anyone know the point of this video?
I found a lady’s wallet stuffed with all kinds of stuff, including some money. I jumped through hoops tracking her down. When I found her, we agreed on a place to meet. I handed it to her, she took it, turned around without a word and walked away.
I worked in a service plaza on a turnpike. One time one of the bathroom attendants found $30,000 cash. It never got claimed and we had honest bosses then and the girl got to keep it. I was so happy for her. ( a bit jealous too ). She was one of those evil refugees from Haiti just in case anyone was curious now that they’re all being deported because they’re said to be thieves and murderers
😆 🤣 😂
Maybe she could not afford to give you anything. EVER THINK OF THAT?????? She needed the money for her children
Did it ever occur to you that she probably desperately needed that money?
wrf does a dog in an ice storm have to do with this video???

I found a generals wallet on the interstate few yrs backs and I thot as a reward he’d send me a twenty or a fifty but instead he sent me a coin not of gold but it was the highest reward a civilian cud receive for doing a good deed!?!? My navy master chief friend whom I worked for sawed the coin and asked me were I’d stole that from !?!?!
dollar general makes you show bags on camera before leaving for the day.
Never bring it to the desk. They will just keep it. Find the owner yourself.
so is she saying he has no money or put money e into it
what am I looking at
just to make sure someone else knows the wallet was empty when she found it. she can't be accused of stealing something that wasn't there to begin with.
