I was digging through a flower garden at work when I found a money clip. in the center of a money clip was a $20 gold eagle. I knocked on the nearest door and asked the old gentleman if anybody had lost a money clip, the guy was 90 years old,, his grandpa gave him that $20 gold eagle when he was 5 years old and asked him to never sell it. well that old man started balling he was so happy. one of my coworkers said I could have just put it in my pocket and been $1,500 the Richer. I said maybe you could have done that but not me.
Many years ago I found $10,000 in cash in a brown paper bag. I prayed that there was no identifying information in the bag. However, there was and I returned the money to the woman. She said that the money was childcare payments that her husband had finally paid her. She was very grateful, however she did not offer me a reward. She told someone in the apartment building that I lived in about it and they shamed her into offering me a reward. She offered me $50. I was insulted and refused it. Although it was the right thing for me to return the money,I was angry with her for being so cheap. A lot of people told me that they would’ve put that money in their pocket and kept it moving. Like I said,I did the right thing and God has blessed me many, many times in my lifetime.
My mother and I were on the metro in Paris. She left her wallet on the seat, and we figured that was that. A couple weeks later, my mom got a package from a stranger in Paris. This person found the wallet and kindly packaged it up and sent it to my mom. Never in a million did we expect that!
I found a wallet in my car. It had no money. It was mine, please pray for me lol
it doesn't matter if the person would give you a reward or not the rewards should be knowing that you did the right thing, you would be richer anyway from knowing you did the right thing.
I literally just left my belly bag in a shopping cart a couple of hours ago & a nice man found it in the cart in the parking lot & delivered it to my hose because my drivers license was inside!!! Also had just taken $400 in cash out of atm. Just a wonderful Thanksgiving for me today! God bless him
so she's calling me a letter and pointing at a wallet maybe I don't understand
You got to wonder… why is there a camera showing all of this?
not his problem get a job lady.
we found a lady's little dog one time it was during a ice storm... my husband and I we went to all kinds of houses looking for the owner couldn't find it so we ended up bringing the little dog into our house. the next day we put out enough information through other neighbors that the owner was found when the woman came to our door and asked if we had her dog we told her yes she acted like we stole her dog very ungrateful but instead of getting all upset about it I know we say that little dog's life that night and I'm glad we did the right thing. sometimes you don't have to look for a reward you get the reward just knowing you did the right thing
At one point my son was homeless, he found a wallet with over 100 dollars in it and the owners ID . He called me and asked me to give him a ride so that he could return it to the owner. He has issues but he is honest
lame
I would never keep “ found money “ without trying my best to find the rightful owner. Heck. If I accidentally get undercharged at the mini mart I make them aware and they look at me like it’s crazy I would be honest about it. 😆
I found a pair of pants right in front of my house with a wallet with 10 $100 bills in it. We only looked in it to find his driver's license to take it to his house. We found out he had just cashed his paycheck and he was a little league coach who wore his shorts to practice one evening but took his jeans with him to change into after practice but he sat them on top of his roof then accidentally left them sitting up there and drove off. He begged me to take a reward but I didn't feel like I needed a reward but I had a friend over who was a single mom who was struggling so since he insisted on paying someone I told him to give it to her so he gave her either $40 or $60. I can't remember how much it was for sure. Her daughter was a newborn and she's 25 now so it's been awhile.
I went to Nordstrom's to the bathroom to breastfeeding my daughter I found a diamond solitaire ring on the sink I thought she'd come back I didn't want to turn it in I thought someone might take the beautiful ring about 10 minutes later two women rushed in and she said oh no Mom it's gone my ring is gone I said no it's not I have your ring it was a really wonderful feeling🌸💕💕
Who cares if it’s AI. Nobody has any idea wtf is going on here
So wtf?
I found a wallet in a Target parking lot right before Christmas one year and turned it into customer service. I got a thank you card with $10 in it in the mail. My sister worked there and the person I handed it to knew who was.
I found a wallet laying in the middle of the road and 20 dollar bills
Basically, can you make it rain up in here 😁
I've found debit cards in the parking lot of two different stores on the same day. Two different people and I gave them to management at the store. I hate a freaking thief 😡🤬 and there was no way was I going to use these peoples cards. Never heard a word but I know these people are greatfull 🙏🙏.!!!.
??????????
One time I was in a gas station, and there was a drunk man in front of me paying for his beer or whatever it was he was buying, I don’t remember. But he went to put it in his back pocket, but missed and dropped it without realizing. He grabbed his stuff and walked out. I grabbed his wallet and ran to him saying “sir, sir, you dropped your wallet. I didn’t expect anything in return and didn’t get anything in return. It was the right thing to do, and although man doesn’t, God always rewards those who do the right thing. I believe he rewarded me in some way I’m unaware of, but he will make me aware once I reach paradise. Peace and strength to all. God bless
Years ago when there was still some undeveloped beach left, my girlfriend needed to wee wee. She went into the bushes and came back out with a purse. Apparently some body else had the same Idea. Looks like it had been there a couple weeks.Back at work Monday, I shipped it back to the address on the Montana Dr license with a note that said “ Great place to wee wee!” I would have loved to see her face! Yes there was lotsa money and c/cards.No, didn’t steal anything. That was back when people tried to help people and had respect for people.
I found a brown leather wallet at a Walmart parking lot in a shopping cart ..no ID no credit cards just full of money the whole wallet was full of money I try to turn it in but the lady said we can't give to no one since there's no ID in it so I went shopping on site
I lost my wallet. I found it in the couch cushions. Does that still count? 👍
I couldn't care less that people are watching me through a screen, it really makes me feel acknowledged potential is very lame kinda like sports on TV compared to stadium ball or fball
why does everyone feel obligated to share their anecdotes on this post?? 🤣 no one cares! go start a blog or something 😭😭
When my son was 9 years old now 32. He found a black wallet in the middle of the shopping parking lot and I called and returned it to the woman whose husband is the one that lost it and is a Dr. She didn't even thank us & only gave my son $20 when there was $1000 in cash and 6 different cc. My son yelled at her and said she was cheap and ungrateful.
20 years ago I found a bag that looked like canvas about 50 feet passed a real bad Pothole in the road on an Interstate highway. stopped and grabbed it threw it in the back of my pickup truck. when I got to where I was going I took it in my garage and on the side of the bag said ," Federal Reserve. opening it up was full of 20s 50s and 100s. been retired now for 20 years..
Not cash related but I’d lost my keys on a 3 mile walking trail and when I realized they were gone I backtracked the trail and didn’t find them. I was in full panic mode when I got back to my car and someone had used fishing string and tied them to my side mirror. I was so grateful to whoever did that for me 🥰
I worked in a service plaza on a turnpike. One time one of the bathroom attendants found $30,000 cash. It never got claimed and we had honest bosses then and the girl got to keep it. I was so happy for her. ( a bit jealous too ). She was one of those evil refugees from Haiti just in case anyone was curious now that they’re all being deported because they’re said to be thieves and murderers
What’s happening here I’m lost. The girls are pointing at an empty wallet in can n this guy is watching??
I found a lady’s wallet stuffed with all kinds of stuff, including some money. I jumped through hoops tracking her down. When I found her, we agreed on a place to meet. I handed it to her, she took it, turned around without a word and walked away.
A lady left her diamond ring in the bathroom. I saw her jump in her car and started to leave, I immediately ran to my car and followed her. As I was following her, I think she caught on and started driving faster! lol finally caught up to her about 5 miles down the road. Honking at her for her to look over. She did and seen I was holding her ring up. She looked at her hand and pointed at the finger that was missing her ring. She jumped out the car and grabbed it from me and asked me to follow her to the gas station on the corner. She withdrew $300 from the ATM. She was super grateful. 🥲 later that week at the same store, I heard an elderly woman asking about a lost ring 💍. I immediately knew, I messed up bad! 😲 from that point on, I will always give anything lost and found to the store or cashier.
Does anyone know the point of this video?
huh
My grandson was with his grpa not are side of the family.. his dads .. think he was around 8/9??? He was telling me his gp found a wallet in a shopping cart (outside) and he kept it… my grandson could not get why I was upset… he said I wish I hadn’t told you now . Such a shameful thing to do and especially in front of a child
im guessing that's her husband and she is letting him know she needs money lol
Just always remember God don’t like ugly so watch what y’all do when you find something that ain’t yours js
Y’all talking bout honesty and shit but all I see are three employees making a not so subtle hint to their boss no doubt regarding a pay raise
Never bring it to the desk. They will just keep it. Find the owner yourself.
do the right thing even when no one is looking
we need to think what we would like to happen if we lost the money! we would all want someone to give it back !
Do we know they found it ????? What I’m seeing is. Yo I’m broke need that raise
I thought it was cause hey here's my wallet it's empty wheres my check 😂
what am I looking at
