Dude is on roads. I served 20 years in the Navy and I doubt this guy was a Navy seal. Navy Seals don't look like that. They are more lean. People watch to many movies. This dude is just some roided up fool about to get shot by the police.
Thankfully he wasn’t wearing a hoodie and eating a bag a skittles, otherwise he’s harmless.
