Enterprise is the worst but this guy really sucks
Give them an hour early next time, even if you have to sit around and wait, it’s better than being late….thank goodness I have never had this problem I always drive myself…but if I ever do…I’ll know what to do

That's crazy! They never come pick you up on time. you always have to call them they have the nerve to have an attitude when you're upset. You don't know how many times this has happened to me.
