This is an absolutely fake story. Saggin' gained popularity in California jails in the 80's. Gangsters at that time were wearing greatly oversized pants because it was in style. When they were arrested and held in jail awaiting bail or trial the jail staff would confiscate their belts to prevent suicides. The result was a bunch of young men walking around with their pants falling off. It became stylish in their ghettos and persists to this day. It has absolutely nothing to do with slavery or homosexuality.
