Our yellow naped Amazon parrot loved to act like Godzilla the most, towards my siblings. SLO mo chasing them down the hall with those ski’s for feet was hilarious to see! He’d laugh the wickedest laughs ever, at the end , once they barricaded themselves in behind the bedroom or bathroom doors. We almost died laughing when our mom put the birds cage in the bathtub and pulled the curtains, which calmed him down and the eldest sister came home from serving in Korea. Apparently he waited in silence for her to sit on the toilet and THEN said “ Hello” again, in that creepy voice…🤣We were dying laughing because we all forgot to warn her… She came flying outta there so fast!! He was diabolical and YES, they do pick out scenes in movies and on tv that they like the sounds of and people’s reactions to them. My dad and I were the only ones he trusted and allowed us to hold/ carry him. Those beaks are powerful.
