The government need to get these people off the street if their drug addicts, alcoholics or homeless they need to get off the streets. They need to put the drug addicts and alcoholics into rehab and give them counseling after that get them jobs and a place to live, and if they relapse, then they go to prison the homeless people help them find a place to live and find jobs if they refuse to work when they’re able to then go to jail if you’re going back on the street, the mentally ill needs to go into facilities, where they will be well taken care of, and not treated that.
