I went to school with a kid that shot himself in the foot acting like a clown just like this lady. Shooting a gun is a depreciating skill, every day you don't practice you get worse. Handguns specifically require the most practice, you don't just buy it and carry it and all of a sudden you are safe. I would never carry a gun that I hadnt put thousands of rounds through.
