I have had a dashcam in my cars for the past 6 or 7 years, and will continue to do so as longas I still drive. Some people are just plain stupid and prove it day after day, just like this moron.

The man was planning to create an accident and wanted to protect his head. There's people out here who stage an accident fake an injury in hope of a big payoff from an insurance company. I would have been the victim of such a staged accident if I hadn't been aware of the setup in time to avoid it. this happened shortly after 60 minutes did a story on people staging accidents for payoffs from insurance companies having faked injuries..
