Pure negligence from the dept.of child safety. The AZ governor needs to order a whole investigation about why those kids weren't remove from her abusive father.

The System Failed Rebecca and Her’ brothers. So Devastating and sad for them.
TCS needs to be reformed and held accountable for not doing what they are trained to do when you go and you see a child that has bruising or malnourished you should know better shame on you DCs and I hope that due(not a man and definitely not a father) will suffer the way they made this poor little girl and her brothers suffer. the girlfriend as well I'm sure she had her hand in this she could have protected these children from this monster unless she's a monster herself
DCS investigators and their supervisors fail children. I had to have a notary public show up at an abused and neglected childs house, then have the mother sign a power of attorney of parental rights bc DCS wasn't doing their job.
Put him in prison with Bubba and friends.

I haven't seen my grandbabies in 8 years because my guardianship papers expired! No abuse nor neglect simply because of paperwork expired yet this baby is dead because they left her in the hands of her murderer after dozens of reports make it make sense.
Until people start being put to death for child abuse our children have no hope
