I was an EMT before I went into xray. You must b stop the vehicle to allow the ambulance pass. No matter how many lanes. On the freeway, if they have lights on you move. In residential areas and main streets, you stop on the side of the road, or in that situation shown, stop and pull over to allow it to pass. They are working with the patient when the lights are on, life or death. Sometimes no siren if the patient is anxious or nervous, a heart attack or something equally serious, it can increase symptoms. You just have to watch the box until it passes, then go your merry way.
I hope it was a huge ticket. That's lives on the line!!!
