A lot of bamboo experts on here.
from my hotel in Bangkok, an adjacent building was going up. Bamboo scaffolding with rope binders, 6 floors.... I was impressed
bamboo is stronger and lighter than steel, and Asian countries do very well using it for scaffolding. he's knocking it apart because the job must be finished.

Looks like they're finished with that Section of Scaffolding so it's Time to Take it Down. There are other ways to do it but that makes it easier.
