I am heartbroken for this little one! I thought this was a little girl and they were cutting her hair. My father would’ve flipped out if my mom did this to us! But even still, this kid being a little boy had comfort in his hair. They could’ve trimmed it a little at a time so he got used to having it a little shorter… but there’s nothing wrong if guys want to have longer hair it’s actually attractive!! You see some of the Viking warriors and Middle Eastern Warriors they all thrived with long hair, quite handsome! Arabic soldiers, and native Indians!! But this was traumatic to watch and I’m sure for him to have it happen! 😢
Would have been less traumatizing if they didn't let it grow that long to begin with but started cutting it earlier in child's life. Just my opinion. 🤔
The question is . . . why did they let it get so long in the first place.
Im a female and my grandmother did this to me when I was a little girl. She snipped above the ponytail so my mom had to take me for a pixi. God I hated it! Still a bad memory some 55 years later. :(
That kid is behaving like a BRAT!! He needed to be told by his parents to stop all that nonsense!! (OR, he'd get his butt paddled!! You know, as the Bible says, "Spare the ROD and spoil the child!!")
This is child abuse!!! That was a beautiful head of hair. It happened to me when I was 5, and it happened to my best friend also. Parents don't always know what's best!!! 🤬
WTf
Why do parents do this? SMH…
It could have been braided in one braid down the back in a ponytail for school it's normal these days
it's part of his body
omygod....that's traumatizing..wtf😲
Back in "71 my son got his first haircut at 18mo. He did'nt have this much hair. His hair was blonde and the barber thought he was a pretty girl.
I also knew a lil mixed Asian boy who's family don't cut hair for religious reasons, boy or girls
My sister and I sat on our hair. About 4th grade my mom talked us into having our hair cut. I didn’t speak to my mom for a long awhile!
WOW IM SHOCKED
his hair is beautiful why all of a sudden did the parents cut it they let him grow it this long why not leave it alone
Why do the little boys always get the fabulous hair and the longest eyelashes?
I know a child who had beautiful long hair like that children he goes to school with made fun of him everyday humiliated him so his mom and dad cut it down nowadays he enjoys his haircuts and still looks handsome
bro turned from Gabriella to Gabriel😭
I didn't see cutting the hair as trauma for the little boy...... after watching him cry and fall to the ground after the hair was cut, let me think he is a handful of tantrums......
I thought this was a little girl! Very cute little boy!
my little guy had hair like this little guy and he was constantly getting told that he was the cutest little girl with the big curly qs. he loved his long hair but was done being called a girl at 6
time to be a boy
I don’t know why you cut his beautiful hair.
Why do some people insist on destroying the will of a young child like that? He obviously wants his hair and there is no harm and having it. This is heartbreaking. This child has no say in their autonomy. Some people have no respect for children.
He won’t ever make fun of anybody else again…Lesson learned by tough love
they should've done that a long time ago..then all that could've been avoided
So traumatic, such a shame!
so it's a boy
This still looks like two different kids - a girl and a boy.
NOOOOOOO!!!!😲😫
Ick 🤢🤮 that was cut ugly, is it a boy or a girl. hmmm 🤔
I think this is cruel. Why would they cut his hair? It is beautiful. They could’ve pulled it back in the ponytail at the nap of his neck and tamed it down a little bit. Shame on them.
The parents were in the wrong promoting the child as a girl
That's just mean
at first I was like oh my God what are they doing this poor little girl. nope. and now I understand
All these remarks. He loved his hair long. But his parents thought it was time to cut it. And parents are in charge. He appears a little trauma but mostly raging cuz he wants to keep his long hair. Too much trauma for so young a child
You both are always right, just look at the Joy.
my mom had me and my sister's haircut really short. In 6th grade I had long hair and I remember I walked to the salon and had them chop it all off. Couldn't pull off short-haired today as I have a big head.
now on that note back in the 60s-70s-80s long hair was considered a goal for men especially white men what happened who decided to make it unmanly one can only guess
when he reaches the age that his parents don't take him to the barbershop I bet he never cuts his hair again! he had awesome hair😲😆
OMG. . . I thought the child was a girl!! HANDSOME BOY!
if that's a boy in the first place, why would you let him grow it out so long just to cut it off against his wishes? I mean "what I say goes" is a parents perogative, sure, but...cutting hair is traumatizing and trauma is a real thing. wth?!
not sure why they're cutting this young man's beautiful hair, it obviously wasn't his decision. One of my sons had longer hair and I let him decide when he wanted to cut it. Plus it would probably be a lot less stressful on the parent and hair stylist if he's making the decision.
he could be autistic or just like long hair.
this is abuse and absolutely disgusting
Must've been his 1st ever haircut? 🤔😲😆
AI
why do boys have the prettiest natural hair ....
looks like an Ai video to me.
that's so wrong...I have a son and from birth I let his hair grow very long I would take care of his hair not his momma and definitely not that moron barber if that were to be my son I would have lost my mind if someone would have cut my baby's beautiful hair...
It probably is a little girl and just some sicko parents or adoptive parents or foster parents trying to transition her to him. Happens way more than you think.
If the parents wanted him to look like a boy they should not have waited so long.
This is abuse! Boom!
